We’re launching a limited edition “Asylum is a Human Right” tee in honor of Pride Month and our client, Andry Hernández Romero — a queer asylum seeker and makeup artist who was wrongfully deported and disappeared into El Salvador’s CECOT prison by the Trump administration.
The crown, a prominent feature of Andry’s tattoos, was wrongfully used to justify his disappearance. We’re reclaiming it to celebrate his resilience, beauty, and the right to seek safety.
This special release honors our detained LGBTQ+ client and celebrates Pride, reminding us that the fight for freedom and dignity knows no borders. Wear this tee in black to stand in solidarity with immigrant communities, uplift LGBTQ+ stories, and advocate for the right to seek asylum.
All proceeds support ImmDef’s fight to bring Andry home and defend others like him through our pro bono legal programs.
