[KPCC] California's chief justice wants immigration agents to stop 'stalking' courthouses

California Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye penned a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security John F. Kelly requesting that ICE agents cease waiting outside court houses to detain undocumented immigrants. KPCC spoke with Executive Director Lindsay Toczylowski and ICE Spokesperson Virginia Kice about the tactic that has been used around California court houses.
