If you are unable to sponsor at these levels but are interested in purchasing an ad, feature your business or organization in our program. Our program will be presented to all attendees as well as have high visibility across our media channels.

Sponsorship Ad and Logo Instructions
Prepare your ad / logo
If your sponsorship level is Defender, Champion, Partner or Comrade, we will need to take a few extra steps in order to showcase your promotional materials during our gala. Once your donation has been processed, you will receive a follow up email with a submission link which you can use to send us your logo and advertisement graphics. Before submitting these files, please make sure they conform to the following file guidelines:
Defender: Please submit your logo in PNG file format with a transparent background. Your ad should be 7.5" x 4.75", High-res PDF file (300 dpi).
Champion: Please submit your logo in PNG file format with a transparent background. Your ad should be 7.5" x 10", High-res PDF file (300 dpi).
Partner: Please submit your logo in PNG file format with a transparent background. Your ad should be 7.5" x 10", High-res PDF file (300 dpi). Additionally, please send us a 130 word script or a 1 minute video about your company that we can narrate or show during the gala.
Comrade: Please submit your logo in PNG file format with a transparent background. Each page of your ad should be 7.5" x 10", High-res PDF file (300 dpi). Keep in mind the two pages will be side by side. Additionally, please send us a 130 word script or a 1 minute video about your company that we can narrate or show during the gala.
